Aufgaben

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

• Du bist für alle Aufgaben im Rahmen der Finanzbuchhaltung zuständig und arbeitest dabei mit elektronischer Buchführung und Datenübermittlung
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Prüfung, Bearbeitung, Kontierung und Buchung von Belegen, z.B. Eingangsrechnungen, Gutschriften, Kassenbelegen etc., sowie die (digitale) Ablage aller Belege.
• Du kümmerst Dich um die Kontierung aller eingehenden Belege und Rechnungen und verbuchst den täglichen Zahlungsverkehr auf/in den Unternehmenskonten und überwachst die offenen Posten und stimmst diese zum Monats- und Jahresende ab.
• Du stimmst die Kontenklärung mit Lieferanten und Geschäftspartnern zu den Stichtagen ab
• Du fungierst als wichtige interne und externe Schnittstelle im Unternehmen

Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine Ausbildung in der Buchhaltung, bist Buchhaltungsquereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung oder im Controlling, der Finanzbuchhaltung, einem Steuerberatungsbüro oder im Steuerfachwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
• Du bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und ein gutes mathematisches und analytisches Verständnis mit.
• Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV Rechnungswesen.
• Du bist Team- und Kommunikationsfähig.
• Du hast gute Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
• Du hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
• Du hast ein gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement.
• Du zeichnest Dich Durch verantwortungsvolle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
• Du verfügst über sichere EDV-Kenntnisse und einen problemlosen Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
• Du beherrscht die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift und hast zudem mindestens solide englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort, Schrift und Telefon.
• Deine Arbeitsweise ist gut organisiert, ordentlich, zuverlässig und gewissenhaft
