SK-15: Applicant must have three years of post J.D. work experience independently identifying legal issues, providing legal analyses, providing legal solutions/recommendations, and preparing legal documents such as contracts memoranda, and disclosure documents, which also includes two years: Providing legal guidance on issues arising under the federal securities laws, including interpreting statutes, rules, and regulations; Conducting legal research and developing interpretations of statutory and regulatory provisions; and Applying the requirements of the Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, Securities Act, and Exchange Act.
