Als kleines, wachsendes Team arbeiten wir sehr direkt, schnell und leistungsorientiert. Bei uns bist du nicht nur Unterstützung im Hintergrund, sondern arbeitest aktiv an echten Besetzungen mit und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung.

Die Rolle startet im Active Sourcing – perspektivisch übernimmst du aber auch eigene Kandidatengespräche und später erste Mandate eigenständig.

Aufgaben

• Du identifizierst passende Kandidaten über LinkedIn, Xing und weitere Plattformen
• Du sprichst Kandidaten aktiv an und führst erste Qualifizierungsgespräche
• Du arbeitest direkt an laufenden Besetzungen mit und unterstützt im gesamten Recruitingprozess
• Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und bekommst früh Verantwortung
• Perspektivisch übernimmst du eigene Kandidatengespräche und erste Mandate eigenständig

Qualifikation

• Recruiting: Erfahrung im Active Sourcing/Recruiting zwingend erforderlich
• Branche: Erfahrung in der Logistik nice to have, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
• Arbeitsweise: Leistungsorientiert, eigenständig und zuverlässig
• Mindset: Lust, Gas zu geben und dich langfristig weiterzuentwickeln
