About This Role
Die DataSmart Point Academy ist ein innovativer Bildungsträger für Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Management und Künstliche Intelligenz. Wir begleiten Studierende, Unternehmen und Partner bei ihrer Weiterbildung im Data-Bereich, praxisnah, professionell und digital.
Aufgaben
- Pflege und Verwaltung unseres CRM-Systems
- Betreuung und Beratung von Interessent:innen per Telefon, Video und E-Mail
- Koordination von Terminen, Kursen und Studierenden
- Unterstützung im Vertriebsprozess und Beratung zu passenden Bildungsprogrammen
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Outreach-Aktivitäten über LinkedIn und weitere Plattformen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Partner, Unternehmen und Bildungseinrichtungen
Qualifikation
- Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
- Erfahrung in Verwaltung, Vertrieb, Beratung oder Koordination
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
- Professionelles Auftreten in schriftlicher und mündlicher Kommunikation
- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
- Interesse an Bildung, Daten und digitalen Prozessen
