Jedes Jahr bilden wir für über 250 Unternehmen rund 700 Auszubildende in den klassischen Metall- und Elektroberufen aus.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Ausbildungsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen engagierten Ausbilder (m/w/d) Metalltechnik

Aufgaben

• Du führst eine handlungsorientierte Ausbildung im Bereich der manuellen und maschinellen Metallbearbeitung durch.
• Du vermittelst den Auszubildenden praxisnah berufsbezogene Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten.
• Du organisierst und planst selbstständig Lehr- und Lerninhalte mit der Bereitstellung von Ausbildungsunterlagen und Ausbildungsmitteln.
• Du übernimmst die Kontrolle, Beurteilung, Bewertung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsergebnissen und -leistungen.
• Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Durchlauf- und Ablaufplänen im verantwortlichen Ausbildungsbereich mit.
• Du pflegst die Beziehung zu unseren Kooperationspartnern und Ausbildungsunternehmen.

Qualifikation

• Du suchst eine sinnstiftende und nachhaltige Aufgabe.
• Du identifizierst Dich mit unserer dem Menschen zugewandten Werte- und Unternehmenskultur.
• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/-erfahrung in einem klassischen Metallberuf, idealerweise als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d).
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten sowie nachgewiesene Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit konventionellen Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen.
• Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildereignungsprüfung bzw. die Bereitschaft zum Erwerb dieser Qualifikation.
• Du hast Freude daran, Auszubildende bzw. Berufseinsteiger in ihrer Kompetenzentwicklung zu unterstützen, gehst wertschätzend mit ihnen um und zeigst Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis.
• Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen bei der Arbeit mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen. Der Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und Medien ist Dir vertraut.
• Deine Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch sicheres Auftreten, eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie eine sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus.
