What are we looking for? A minimum of four years customer service experience managing a resort/hotel operation, one year having been at a supervisory level. A Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation certification is preferred. A successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in Resort/Hotel Management, Recreation Management, OR related field leading to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, OR a combination of related experience and education. Experience with a Property Management System (PMS) is required. Experience with financial management principles and budget process. Knowledge of Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) policies and procedures is preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
