Sicherlich nicht, um dich täglich mit administrativen und repetitiven Tätigkeiten auseinandersetzen zu müssen. Tätigkeiten in der Wirtschaftsprüfung:

• Leitung eines kleinen Prüfungsteams und eigenverantwortliche Mandatsbetreuung
• Prüfung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen
• Due Diligence Prüfungen und Unternehmensbewertungen
• Erstellung von Gutachten
• Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams sowie der Unternehmensentwicklung von Klein und Partner im Bereich Wirtschaftsprüfung

Tätigkeiten in der Steuerberatung:

• Eigenverantwortliche Mandatsbetreuung
• Leitung spannender steuerlicher Gestaltungsprojekte, bspw. in den Bereichen Erben und Schenken oder bei Umstrukturierungen
• Review und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen von Kapital- und Personengesellschaften sowie weitere Rechtsformen
• Abwehrberatung und Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen
• Betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung und Analysen
• Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams sowie der Unternehmensentwicklung von Klein und Partner im Bereich Steuerberatung
