Aufgaben

Für den Bereich Business Development & Products suchen wir engagierte Unterstützung in Teilzeit. Es besteht die Option der Entwicklung zum Business Development Manager (w/m/d; dann auch in Vollzeit).

Deine Aufgaben umfassen im Wesentlichen:

• Business Development: Du unterstützt bei Plänen und Umsetzung zu neuen Märkten, Kundengruppen und Produkten. Du behältst den Überblick und sorgst zugleich dafür, dass wir uns nicht verzetteln.
• Strategische Auswertungen: Du wertest Kennzahlen von LegalCheck aus und lernst, die richtigen Schlüsse daraus zu ziehen und darauf basierend konkrete Vorschläge für die Weiterentwicklung zu machen.
• Products (Webinare): Du betreust unsere Webinarreihen. Dazu gehören Automatisierung und Digitalisierung, laufende Suche nach passender Infrastruktur, Marketing, Vor- und Nachbereitung der Webinare und Management der Community.
• Products (Approval as a Service): Du betreust die Produkte rund um unsere Templates und Subscriptions, und hilfst sie weiter zu automatisieren.
• Website, Social Media und Marketing: Du betreust eigenständig möglichst große Teile unserer Kommunikation und Vermarktung.
• Finance: Bei Interesse und Eignung kannst Du perspektivisch auch im Accounting mitwirken.
• Learning & Ownership: Du wirst zu diesen Tätigkeiten von gestandenen Profis angeleitet und geschult. Mit deinem Fortschritt wächst auch dein eigenständiger Verantwortungsbereich und damit auch die Freiheit, diesen auszufüllen.

Qualifikation

• Falls Du Dich als Werkstudent bewirbst: Studium im wirtschaftlichen, IT-bezogenen oder rechtlichen Kontext, idealerweise bereits abgeschlossenes Grundstudium
• Falls Du Dich für eine Junior-Stelle bewirbst: Abgeschlossene, einschlägige Berufsausbildung bzw. erster Studienabschluss

Dies ist eine Werksstudenten- bzw. Junior-Stelle. Wir erwarten nicht, dass Du schon viel von dem kannst, was Du bei uns machen wirst. Wichtiger ist uns:

• Du bist motiviert, neue Bereiche kennenzulernen, und kannst damit umgehen, wenn morgen vieles anders kommt als letzte Woche geplant.
• Du arbeitest remote und kannst Dich, Deine Aufgaben und Prioritäten organisieren.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, mind. gute Englischkenntnisse (jeweils in Wort und Schrift)
• Bonuspunkte gibt es für: Erste Erfahrungen in Business Development, Marketing/ Social Media, Automatisierung und/oder Datenschutz
