Aufgaben
- Du bist Teil des Product Teams und gleichzeitig erste technische Anlaufstelle für Kunden und interne Mitarbeiter bei Fragen und Problemen rund um unsere digitalen Produkte.
- Du tauchst tief in die technischen Prozesse unserer Produkte ein – du verstehst, wie Daten in unseren Systemen verarbeitet werden, und nutzt dieses Wissen, um Anfragen gezielt und kompetent zu lösen.
- Du analysierst eingehende Support-Anfragen, reproduzierst technische Sachverhalte und arbeitest eng mit den Product Ownern zusammen, um Fehler, Unklarheiten oder Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und zu dokumentieren.
- Du erstellst und pflegst verständliche technische Dokumentationen, FAQs und interne Wissensdatenbanken, die sowohl Kunden als auch Kolleg:innen bei der Selbsthilfe unterstützen.
- Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, wiederkehrende Support-Themen strukturiert an das Product Team zurückzuspielen und hilfst so dabei, unsere Produkte kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Qualifikation
- Du befindest dich in einem höheren Semester eines technischen, informationstechnologischen, wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
- Du bringst bereits erste Berührungspunkte in den Bereichen Product Management und/oder Customer Support mit oder du hast eine gute Erklärung, warum wir dich trotzdem kennenlernen müssen.
- Du bist interdisziplinär aufgestellt und hast großes Interesse an Zusammenhängen von Daten und Prozessen.
- Du bist auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau in Englisch unterwegs, da wir in internationalen Entwicklerteams arbeiten.
- Du bist eine Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten.
- Beim Thema Compliance stellen sich dir nicht die Nackenhaare auf, sondern du hast richtig Lust, das Thema Compliance Management gemeinsam mit uns digital voranzutreiben.
