Unser Senior UI/UX Designer steht dir als Mentor zur Seite, gibt dir wertvolles Feedback und teilt seine Insights mit dir. Wir suchen jemanden, der Lust auf echten Austausch und Sparring hat, um unsere Produkte (WebApp & Corporate Site) gemeinsam aufs nächste Level zu heben. Aufgaben

• Gestaltung & Evolution: Du wirkst aktiv am Aufbau und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Design Systems mit, um Konsistenz über alle Touchpoints hinweg sicherzustellen.
• Produktentwicklung: Du unterstützt das Team bei der Konzeption und dem Design unserer WebApp im Energiesektor
• Web-Performance: Du treibst die aktive Weiterentwicklung unserer Corporate Website voran - von der Optimierung der User Journey bis hin zur Gestaltung neuer Landingpages.
• Visual Design: Neben dem Produkt-Design übernimmst du die Erstellung von grafischen Assets wie Bannern, Social Media Grafiken oder Illustrationen für Präsentationen.
• User Research: Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Auswertung von Nutzertests und hilfst dabei, Feedback direkt in Design-Iterationen einfließen zu lassen.
• Prototyping: Du erstellst interaktive Prototypen in Figma, um Konzepte für Stakeholder und das Entwicklungsteam erlebbar zu machen.
• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktmanagement und der Entwicklung zusammen, um technische Machbarkeit und Nutzerbedürfnisse in Einklang zu bringen.

Qualifikation

• Studium: Du studierst Design (Interface-, Interaction-, Kommunikationsdesign) oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt digitale Medien.
• Tool-Expertise: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Figma (Auto Layout und Komponenten sind keine Fremdwörter für dich) und beherrschst die gängigen Programme der Adobe Creative Cloud (insb. Illustrator und Photoshop).
• Mindset: Du hast ein Auge für Ästhetik, verstehst aber auch die Prinzipien von Usability, Informationsarchitektur und Barrierefreiheit.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, scheust dich nicht davor, deine Design-Entscheidungen vor PMs zu begründen, und bringst eine proaktive Arbeitsweise mit.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch, um dich in unserem internationalen Projektumfeld souverän zu bewegen.
• Interesse an Tech: Eine gewisse Begeisterung für komplexe Themen wie die Energiewende, Smart Cities oder Datenvisualisierung ist ein großes Plus.
