Als Werkstudent*in im Social-Media-Marketing entwickelst du unsere Creator-Partnerlandschaft aktiv mit und gestaltest Inhalte, die nachhaltig Reichweite schaffen und unsere Community stärken. Dabei arbeitest du für eine Marke, die mit hochwertigen Holzlernspielen sinnvolle Beschäftigung und echte Erfolgserlebnisse für Kinder ermöglicht.

Aufgaben

Influencer Marketing

• Unterstützung bei der Creator-Akquise & Ausbau: Identifikation, Analyse und Ansprache relevanter Creator*innen
• Begleitung laufender Kooperationen (Briefings, Versand, Feedback, Abstimmung)
• Austausch mit Creator*innen, Agenturen und Managements
• Mitwirkung bei Performance-Auswertungen und KPI-Analysen

Content Marketing / Content Creation

• Mitentwicklung neuer Content- und Storytelling-Formate für Instagram & Co.
• Unterstützung bei der Content-Produktion: Dreh, Voice-Over und Szenenaufbau
• Videoschnitt von Reels mit Gespür für Musik, Tempo und Storytelling
• Gestaltung von Social-Media-Posts und Grafiken über Canvas
• Perspektivisch auch Einblicke in Newsletter- und Performance-Marketing

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium (Bachelor oder Master), idealerweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Social Media-, Influencer- oder Content-Marketing (z. B. durch Werkstudententätigkeit, Praktikum, eigenen Content oder vergleichbare Projekte)
• Gutes Gespür für Trends, Design, Ästhetik und performante Inhalte
• Erste Erfahrung im Videoschnitt sowie Grundkenntnisse in Kameraarbeit, Video-Produktion und gängigen Tools (z.B. CapCut, Canva) wünschenswert
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Interesse an Performance-Kennzahlen
• Offenes und authentisches Auftreten vor und hinter der Kamera sowie Eigeninitiative und Motivation
