Aufgaben

Deine Rolle im Team:

Du bist kreativ, arbeitest gerne im Team und hast ein Gespür für Social Media Trends? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Als Werkstudent:in im Marketing unterstützt Du unser Team im Bereich Social Media im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Dabei wirkst Du aktiv an der Erstellung und Umsetzung unserer Inhalte mit und bekommst gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, Dich weiterzuentwickeln und schrittweise mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung im gesamten Social Media Bereich, von der Ideenfindung über Planung und Produktion bis zur Veröffentlichung
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Content-Ideen sowie Mitarbeit an Redaktionsplanung und Content-Konzeption
• Eigenständige Planung, Dreh und Schnitt von Kurzvideos (Reels, TikToks etc.)
• Beobachtung von Trends sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Inhalte
• Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben und Unterstützung im Online Marketing
• Möglichkeit zum Kennenlernen weiterer Bereiche in unserem Start-Up wie Vertrieb, Kundenberatung und Immobilienbetrieb

Qualifikation

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• Kreativität und Lust, das Marketing in einem dynamischen Start-Up mitzugestalten
• eine zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• ein Grundverständnis für Marketing (aus Deinem Studium oder ersten praktischen Erfahrungen) sowie ein Gespür für Social Media Trends
• Dein Studium sollte in Richtung Marketing, Design oder Medien gehen oder vergleichbar
• idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media oder Content Creation
• Versiertheit und erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Design- und Videoschnitt-Tools (z.B. Canva, Capcut oder ähnliche)
• Mindestens 12 Stunden Verfügbarkeit pro Woche, mit der Möglichkeit zur Flexibilisierung nach Absprache
