Aufgaben

Du unterstützt die bundesweit tätigen Personalberaterinnen und -berater aus unserer Zentrale heraus im vertriebsorientierten B2B-Onlinemarketing und in der Markenkommunikation. Konkret heißt das:

• E-Mail-Marketing betreuen: Kandidaten-Newsletter, Vorlagen, Verteiler inklusive Landingpages
• LinkedIn-Beiträge und Kampagnen planen und umsetzen
• Grafiken und Layouts nach Corporate Design erstellen (Canva, Affinity, ggf. weitere Tools)
• Sichtbarkeit unserer Stellenanzeigen und unsere Online-Reputation weiterentwickeln
• Administrative Aufgaben: Kommunikation mit Beratern, Kunden und Bewerbern

Qualifikation

• Du arbeitest gerne proaktiv, priorisierst und bringst Projekte eigenständig ins Ziel. Kurz: Du lebst Dienstleistung und Zusammenarbeit
• Praktische Erfahrung in mindestens einem der Bereiche: Onlinemarketing, Social Media, visuelle Kommunikation, Grafik, Webdesign
• Du bist verlässlich, verbindlich, mitdenkend und verfolgst Aufgaben eigenständig bis zum Ende
• Du arbeitest gerne digital: Wir nutzen u. a. Microsoft 365 (Teams, Planner, SharePoint etc.), Canva und diverse KI-Tools, wie Claude und Langdock
• Du interessierst dich für B2B-Kommunikation und möchtest verstehen, wie Marken im Mittelstand wirken
