Als Werkstuden/in bei Mountainero bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei: Du unterstützt unseren Customer Support, arbeitest mit Influencer/innen zusammen und hilfst dabei, unsere Community weiter auszubauen.

Aufgaben

• Tägliche Unterstützung im Customer Support für unseren Online-Shop Mountainero
• Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen hauptsächlich per E-Mail, über Instagram & Facebook
• Aktive Kommunikation mit unserer Community auf Social Media (IG & FB)
• Aufbau eines guten Verständnisses für unsere Produkte, Zielgruppe und Markenwerte
• Testen und Tragen unserer Produkte, um Kundinnen kompetent beraten zu können
• Eigenständige Durchführung des Influencer Marketings (z. B. Kommunikation, Organisation, Nachhalten von Kooperationen)

Qualifikation

• Du beherrschst Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
• Du identifizierst dich mit Themen rund um Wandern und Outdoor-Sport.
• Du bist strukturiert und hast eine hohe Disziplin & Zuverlässigkeit, da Deine Arbeit remote geleistet wird.
• Du hast Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit.
• Du bist eine offene, positive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit.
• Du zeigst Lernbereitschaft, unabhängig von deiner bisherigen Erfahrung.
• Du bist motiviert, gemeinsam mit uns etwas Großes aufzubauen.
