Aufgaben
- Kundensupport: Du beantwortest Support-Anfragen per E-Mail und ggf. über weitere Kanäle – lösungsorientiert, freundlich und auf den Punkt.
- Retouren & Versand: Du kümmerst dich um die Abwicklung von Retouren sowie den Versand unserer tigerstarken Produkte.
- Bewertungsmanagement: Du bearbeitest Kund*innen-Rezensionen und gehst aktiv auf Feedback ein.
- Community Management: Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) und stehst im Austausch mit unserer Community.
- Allround-Support im Office: Du übernimmst abwechslungsreiche organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft.
Qualifikation
- Zeit & Verfügbarkeit: Du hast Lust, uns mit bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu unterstützen.
- Studierendenstatus: Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und findest auch bei anspruchsvollen Kundenanfragen die richtigen Worte.
- Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und sorgfältig.
- Teamgeist: Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und schätzt den Austausch mit anderen.
- Persönlichkeit: Du hast Lust auf Neues, bringst Neugier mit – und vielleicht schlägt ja schon ein kleines Tigerherz in dir. 🐯
