Als Werkstudent:in Expansion (20h/Woche) am Standort Hannover planst du unsere nächsten Schritte in Städten wie Dortmund, Trier, Heidelberg oder Landau und sorgst dafür, dass WasteSide überall einen perfekten Start hinlegt.

Aufgaben

• Launch-Management: Du begleitest den gesamten Prozess der Städteexpansion – von der ersten Vorbereitung bis zum erfolgreichen Start vor Ort.
• Team-Lead: Du organisierst das Personal in den neuen Städten, koordinierst Einsätze und traust dir zu, Teams eigenständig anzuleiten.
• Logistik & Marketing: Du hast den Überblick über unser Material, personalisierst Marketing-Assets und stellst sicher, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.
• Schnittstelle zu Partnern: Du unterstützt die Gründer bei der Kommunikation mit Kooperationspartnern und baust lokale Netzwerke mit auf.Hands-on vor Ort: Du bist bereit, auch mal in die Expansionsstädte zu reisen, um Launches persönlich zu begleiten.

Qualifikation

• Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest extrem strukturiert, behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Städte-Launches den Fokus und liebst es, Prozesse zu koordinieren.
• Führungspotenzial: Du bist selbstbewusst im Umgang mit Menschen und hast keine Scheu davor, Verantwortung für Teams zu übernehmen.
• Erfahrung: Du bringst bereits relevante Berufserfahrung (z.B. Eventmanagement, Operations oder Teamleitung) mit.
• Flexibilität & Reisebereitschaft: Du bist mobil und bereit, für Projekttage in unsere neuen Städte zu fahren.Eigenständigkeit: Du erkennst Aufgaben, bevor sie ausgesprochen werden, und arbeitest lösungsorientiert.
