Als international wachsendes Handelsunternehmen arbeiten wir kontinuierlich daran, unsere Prozesse, Systeme und Wertschöpfungsketten zu optimieren. Um dieses Wachstum strukturiert und effizient zu begleiten, suchen wir dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Projektmanagement & Prozessoptimierung an min. 2 Tagen die Woche bei 10-20h.

Aufgaben

• Business Development & Projektunterstützung: Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung an operativen und strategischen Projekten und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Business-Development-Initiativen.
• Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe im Unternehmen, erkennst ineffiziente Prozesse und entwickelst pragmatische Verbesserungen, die direkt umgesetzt werden können.
• Automatisierung & KI-Tools: Du identifizierst repetitive Tasks und baust einfache Automatisierungen sowie Workflows mit modernen Tools und KI-Anwendungen auf.
• Projektmanagement im Tagesgeschäft: Du strukturierst Aufgaben, treibst Projekte voran und sorgst dafür, dass Dinge nicht nur geplant, sondern wirklich umgesetzt werden.
• Analyse & Umsetzung: Du unterstützt bei Auswertungen, Recherchen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen und setzt Verbesserungen direkt operativ um.

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium (mind. 4. Semester), idealerweise BWL, Wirtschaft, Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
• Interesse an Prozessen, Automatisierung und effizientem Arbeiten
• Erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-Tools, Automatisierung oder digitalen Workflows von Vorteil
• Pragmatische Hands-on-Mentalität – du denkst nicht nur, du setzt um
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Analytisches Denken und Spaß daran, Dinge besser zu machen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Du bist bereit, an mind. 2 Tagen zu arbeiten, flexibel mit 10-20h
