Deine Mission

Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Finance-Bereich unterstützt du unser Finance-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit besonderem Fokus auf das Kreditkarten- und Reisekostenmanagement. Darüber hinaus wirkst du an steuerbezogenen Projekten mit und unterstützt aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse. Gemeinsam mit dem Team identifizierst du Automatisierungspotenziale und begleitest deren strukturierte Umsetzung. Die Position bietet dir spannende Einblicke in die vielfältigen Aufgaben eines modernen Finance-Bereichs in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen.

Dein Impact

• Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Kreditkarten- und Reisekostenabrechnungen unter Einhaltung lokaler Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie interner Richtlinien und Prozesse.

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung steuerbezogener Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern.

• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in bestehenden Finanzprozessen sowie Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Team.

• Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von Automatisierungsinitiativen sowie aktive Begleitung des strukturierten Rollouts.

• Administrative Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft des Finance-Bereichs zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe.

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Controlling.

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Finance, Accounting oder Controlling, beispielsweise durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten.

• Interesse daran, neue Tools und Softwarelösungen kennenzulernen und anzuwenden.

• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, insbesondere im Umgang mit Zahlen sowie bei der Einhaltung von Fristen.

• Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

• Hohes Maß an Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanzdaten.
