Du unterstützt das Compliance-Team bei der Sicherstellung der konzernweiten Compliance sowie das Legal-Team bei der täglichen juristischen Arbeit. Neben diesen spannenden Aufgaben erwarten Dich viele Einblicke in das weite Aufgabenfeld einer Compliance-Funktion sowie in die interessante tägliche Arbeit der Rechtsabteilung.

Tasks

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von regulatorischen Projekten, zum Beispiel bei den Anforderungen aus CS3D, dem Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) sowie weiteren speziellen gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
• Mitwirkung bei der Koordination unserer lokalen Compliance-Einheiten, der Durchführung von Compliance-Risikoanalysen und der Prüfung von Sanktionslisten.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von internen Berichten, Präsentationen und beim gruppenweiten Richtlinienmanagement.
• Durchführung von Recherchen in verschiedenen Bereichen des deutschen Rechts, des EU-Rechts sowie anderer einschlägiger Rechtsordnungen.
• Mithilfe bei Aufgaben im Bereich des Vertragsmanagements sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von rechtlichen Dokumenten, Verträgen und der Prüfung rechtlicher Fragestellungen.

Qualifications

• Während der gesamten Tätigkeitsdauer an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule ordentlich immatrikulierte Studierende mit mindestens zwei abgeschlossenen Semestern.
• Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika sowie ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Compliance- und rechtlichen Themen.
• Eine gründliche, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Eine offene Kommunikationsweise und die Fähigkeit, auch im internationalen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
• Eine kooperative Art zur schnellen Integration in das Team, gepaart mit hoher analytischer Fähigkeit und Organisationstalent.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
