Aufgaben

• Betreuung und aktives Community Management unserer Social Media Kanäle & der unserer Kunden
• Analyse von Profil- und Content-Performance (Insights, KPIs, Optimierungspotenziale)
• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Content-Strategien
• Schnitt und Aufbereitung von Video-Content für verschiedene Plattformen
• Unterstützung im Daily Business unseres Social Media Teams

Qualifikation

• Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien-/Kommunikationswissenschaften, Meidenmanagement oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im Social Media Marketing
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Lightroom) Canva, Contentmanagementsystem, etc.
• Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und ein gutes Auge für Trends und Ästhetik
• Du denkst kundenorientiert und entfaltest deine beste Leistung im Team (überwiegend in real)
• Du hast eine hohe Online-Affinität und Spaß an der Umsetzung optimierter Inhalte
• Du verfügst über gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
• Du arbeitest eigenmotiviert & selbstständig
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für diese Position zwingend erforderlich
