Aufgaben

• Recherche und Identifikation potenzieller Kunden: Marken, Agenturen und Unternehmen im Lifestyle-, Beauty- und Mittelstands-Segment
• Leads vorqualifizieren: Ansprechpartner finden, ersten Kontakt herstellen, Gespräche für die Geschäftsführung vorbereiten
• Unterstützung bei der Content-Erstellung für LinkedIn und Social Media – Posts, Captions, Behind-the-Scenes-Material
• Pflege und Ausbau unserer Präsenz auf Branchenplattformen, LinkedIn und der TWIST-Website
• Aufbau und Pflege einer strukturierten Kontaktdatenbank
• Unterstützung bei Angebotserstellung und Kundenkommunikation
• Marktrecherche: Trends, Wettbewerber und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Blick behalten

Qualifikation

• Eingeschriebene/r Student/in in Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL, Medienmanagement oder vergleichbar
• Leidenschaft für Film, Storytelling und visuellen Content
• Kommunikationsstark – und keine Scheu, Menschen anzusprechen
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, du suchst dir Aufgaben
• Erste Erfahrungen in Marketing, Vertrieb oder Social Media sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
• Affinität zu Tools wie LinkedIn, Canva, Asana oder ähnlichen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
