Aufgaben

• Durchführung von KYC-Prüfungen für Neu- und Bestandskunden nach GwG-Anforderungen
• Identifizierung und Verifizierung von wirtschaftlich Berechtigten (UBO-Analyse)
• Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundenstammdaten in unserem CRM
• Screening gegen Sanktionslisten und PEP-Datenbanken
• Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung interner Compliance-Prozesse
• Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung von Risikoanalysen und internen Reports

Qualifikation

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise in Rechtswissenschaften, BWL, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Interesse an Geldwäscheprävention, Compliance oder dem Kunstmarkt
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du verlierst auch bei komplexen Fällen nicht den Überblick
• Diskretion und ein Verständnis für sensible Kundendaten sind für dich selbstverständlich
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (unsere Kunden sind international)
