Burgermeister steht für erstklassige Burger, starke Markenpower und dynamisches Wachstum. Wir suchen einen Werkstudent HR (m/w/d), der unser HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft unterstützt und administrative sowie organisatorische Aufgaben im Bereich Personalmanagement übernimmt.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

• Pflege und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterdaten sowie Personalakten in unseren HR-Systemen

• Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnung und dem Dokumentenmanagement

• Bearbeitung von Krankmeldungen, Urlauben und weiteren Abwesenheiten

• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Bescheinigungen, Gehaltsabrechnungen und personalrelevanten Unterlagen

• Ansprechpartner für Stores und Mitarbeitende bei administrativen HR-Themen und Anfragen

Das bringst du mit

• Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personal oder vergleichbar

• Interesse an HR-Prozessen und administrativen Abläufen

• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und MS Office
