Wir bauen gerade eine eigene KI-Infrastruktur auf, die unsere internen Prozesse Schritt für Schritt automatisiert und unseren Mitarbeitenden den Alltag erleichtert. Dafür suchen wir dich als Werkstudent*in, der mit uns gemeinsam diese Reise gestaltet — mit echter Verantwortung, eigenen Projekten und direkter Sichtbarkeit auf Geschäftsleitungsebene.

Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung am Aufbau unserer internen KI-Plattform auf Basis von LangDock und Claude
• Entwicklung praxisnaher KI-Workflows und KI-Agenten für Backoffice und Projektleitung (z. B. Rechnungsprüfung, Bewerber-Screening, Angebotsunterstützung)
• Anbindung unserer Systeme über moderne KI-Schnittstellen ( MCP, APIs und Webhooks)
• Analyse wiederkehrender Prozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und Identifikation von KI-Use-Cases
• Prompt Engineering, Workflow-Design und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Agenten
• Aufbau und Pflege unserer Wissens- und Prompt-Bibliothek in Notion
• Unterstützung unserer ersten internen KI-Usergruppen bei der Einführung neuer Workflows

Qualifikation

• Eingeschriebene_r Student_in (m/w/d) in einem der folgenden Studiengänge:

• Informatik, Angewandte Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik

• Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik (gerne als Doppelbachelor mit Informatik)

• Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik

• Data Science, Künstliche Intelligenz, Cognitive Science

• vergleichbare Studiengänge mit IT-Schwerpunkt

• Erste Programmiererfahrung in Python und/oder JavaScript/TypeScript

• Begeisterung für KI, LLMs und Prozessautomatisierung — du nutzt ChatGPT, Claude oder ähnliche Tools bereits regelmäßig

• Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit APIs, MCP, Webhooks oder Automatisierungsplattformen wie n8n, Make oder Zapier

• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, neue Technologien pragmatisch und eigenständig zu testen

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Hohe Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team neue Lösungen zu schaffen
