Aufgaben

• Erhalte direkte Verantwortung für den Aufbau der Werbekampagnen
• Du übernimmst komplette Verantwortung über die Werbekontenstruktur von schnell wachsenden E-Commerce Brands
• Du stellst ständig den Status Quo infrage und bestimmst mit uns das Marketing der Zukunft
• Habe einen maßgeblichen Impact auf das Wachstum unserer Kunden durch eine ganzheitliche Online-Marketingberatung

Qualifikation

• Leidenschaft: Social Media Ads & E-Commerce sind dein täglich Brot und Wasser
• Erfahrung: Du hast selber schon Kampagnenbudgets über 30.000 EUR / Monat profitabel verwaltet
• Mindset: Du hast ein absolutes Growth-Mindset und fühlst dich mit der Start-up Mentalität stark verbunden und für dich gibt es nichts Besseres, als jeden Tag besser zu werden
• Starkes kritisches und analytisches Denkvermögen und immer Ideen wie Kampagnen noch besser laufen könnten. Du kannst es kaum erwarten neue Umsatzrekorde für Kunden zu brechen.
• Keinen Plan gibt es nicht! Du bewahrst immer Ruhe, kannst unter Zeitdruck präzise, zuverlässig und ergebnisorientiert arbeiten und weist immer, was zu tun ist.
