WEG-Verwalter / Immobilienverwalter (m/w/d)

Das bewegen Sie bei uns:

• Als WEG-Verwalter verantworten Sie eigenständig einen festen Immobilienstand und fungieren als erster Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer und externe Dienstleister.
• Zudem planen, leiten und dokumentieren Sie Wohnungseigentümerversammlungen und setzen anschließend Beschlüsse um.
• Sie bereiten die Rechnungszahlungen vor und bearbeiten diese sowie weitere Ihnen zugewiesene Aufgaben in unserem CRM-System Domus/Navi.
• Nicht zuletzt überwachen Sie nach Auftragserteilung die Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Ihre Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt haben Sie erfolgreich und idealerweise im Immobilienbereich abgeschlossen.
• Außerdem bringen Sie Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, vorzugsweise in der Wohnungseigentumsverwaltung (WEG), mit.
• Durch fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift überzeugen Sie uns.
• Vorkenntnisse in DOMUS ERP und DOMUS CRM sind wünschenswert.
• Eine effiziente Arbeitsweise und eine selbstbewusste sowie diplomatische Kommunikation mit Kunden runden Ihr Profil ab.
