Du arbeitest in einem kleinen, eingespielten Team an echten Kundenprojekten – mit direktem Einfluss auf das Ergebnis. Kein endloses Abstimmen, kein Agentur-Blabla, sondern Fokus auf Umsetzung und Qualität.

Wenn du Lust hast, dich gestalterisch weiterzuentwickeln und gleichzeitig zu verstehen, wie gutes Design wirklich performt, solltest du dir das genauer anschauen.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Gestaltung von ansprechenden und benutzerfreundlichen Webseiten für unsere Kunden.
• Optimierung bestehender Webseiten hinsichtlich Benutzererfahrung und Performance.
• Durchführung von Usability-Tests und Einholen von Kunden-Feedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Designs.
• Bleiben Sie auf dem Laufenden über die neuesten Designtrends und Technologien, um innovative Lösungen zu implementieren.

Qualifikation

• Du hast Erfahrung im Webdesign – ob durch Ausbildung, Studium oder einfach, weil du gute Projekte gebaut hast

• Sicherer Umgang mit WordPress & Elementor (kein „schon mal gesehen“, sondern wirklich gearbeitet)

• Grundverständnis von HTML & CSS – du weißt, was im Hintergrund passiert

• Gespür für gutes Design und funktionierende Nutzerführung (nicht nur „sieht schön aus“)

• Du denkst mit: Layout, Struktur, Conversion – nicht nur Pixel schieben

• Saubere, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein Blick fürs Detail

• Motivation, dich weiterzuentwickeln statt auf dem aktuellen Stand stehen zu bleiben
