Aufgaben

Webdesign & Umsetzung:

Konzeption, Gestaltung und Umsetzung moderner Webseiten und Landingpages.

Erstellung von verkaufsstarken Funnels für Leadgenerierung und Recruiting.

UX & Conversion:

Optimierung von Benutzerführung, Struktur und Design mit Fokus auf Conversion.

Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Webseiten hinsichtlich Performance.

Design & Gestaltung:

Erstellung von Layouts, Wireframes und visuellen Konzepten.

Umsetzung von modernen, klaren und mobiloptimierten Designs.

Projektarbeit & Zusammenarbeit:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing-, Video- und Performance-Team.

Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten von der Idee bis zur fertigen Website.

Content & Integration:

Einbindung von Texten, Bildern und Videos in Webseiten.

Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Funnels und Kampagnen.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung im Webdesign oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Framer, WordPress, Webflow oder ähnlichen Systemen.

Gutes Gespür für Design, Struktur und Nutzerführung.

Verständnis für Conversion, Funnels und Performance-Marketing.

Grundkenntnisse in HTML/CSS von Vorteil (kein Muss).

Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität.
