Aufgaben

• Schnitt von Social Media Content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Rohmaterial inkl. Sound Design, Effects und Timing
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative Team
• Optimierung von Videos auf Performance (Retention, Hooks, Pacing)
• Mitentwicklung von neuen Video-Formaten und Editing-Styles

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Video Editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects o. ä.)
• Gutes Verständnis für Social Media Content und Trends (TikTok/IG)
• Gefühl für Timing, Storytelling und visuelle Hooks
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Zuverlässigkeit und schnelle Umsetzung
• Motivation, langfristig an großen Projekten mitzuwirken
