Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für den kompletten organischen Social Media Auftritt von Gauder:

• Content Creation: Du produzierst Video- und Bildcontent von der ersten Idee über den Dreh bis zum fertigen Schnitt.
• Brand Personality: Du stehst regelmäßig selbst vor der Kamera und wirst zum vertrauten Geischt von Gauder auf Social Media.
• Kreativität: Du entwickelst eigenständig Formate und Serien mit hohem Wiedererkennungswert.
• Strategie: Du baust unsere Social Media Kanäle von Grund auf auf und entwickelst sie weiter.
• Produktkommunikation: Du machst unsere Produkte verständlich und unterhaltsam für unsere Zielgruppe.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Du hast bereits erfolgreich Video-Content für Social Media erstellt. Dein Können und deine Arbeitsweise sind uns wichtiger als dein Studium.
• Plattform-Verständnis: Du verstehst die Dynamiken von TikTok, Instagram und YouTube und weißt, wie man Content plattformgerecht aufbereitet.
• Präsenz: Du fühlst dich vor der Kamera wohl und hast eine selbstsichere Ausstrahlung.
• Sprachgefühl: Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1).
• Storytelling: Du hast ein Gespür für Trends und ein Auge für visuelle Sprache.
• Hands-on-Mentalität: Du ziehst Projekte vom ersten Entwurf bis zum finalen Posting durch.
