Si te emociona transformar ideas en productos que funcionan (y se ven) de maravilla, sigue leyendo!Tu misión principal será diseñar experiencias digitales centradas en el usuario, colaborar en la evolución de nuestro Design System y participar en dinámicas de investigación para entender mejor a quienes usan nuestros productos.Dependiendo del responsable de área, realizarás, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:Diseñar flujos de navegación, wireframes y prototipos interactivos en Figma.Crear interfaces de alta fidelidad, accesibles, escalables y alineadas con la identidad visual.Colaborar en la construcción y mantenimiento de nuestro Design System.Identificar y documentar componentes reutilizables y patrones de uso.Participar en sesiones de ideación, definición y validación junto a producto, desarrollo e investigación.Apoyar en actividades de user research: entrevistas, pruebas con usuarios, test de usabilidad o benchmark de producto.Revisar experiencias ya lanzadas para detectar puntos de mejora continua.Aportar mirada crítica en términos de tono, claridad, accesibilidad y microcopy.Tu perfilTitulación: Grado Universitario o estudios superiores (FPII...) afines al diseño digital, producto, desarrollo front o comunicación. Se valorará la formación en función de la experiencia aportada.Experiencia: 3-4+ años en diseño de producto digital, UX/UI o roles afines.Conocimientos en Design Systems: creación/modificación de componentes y habilidades de documentación.Idiomas: Inglés avanzado.Se requiere dominio de Figma (nivel muy avanzado/experto).Prototipado: creación de prototipos interactivos para validación de conceptos y pruebas con usuarios. Actitudes: iniciativa, curiosidad, capacidad analítica, empatía, pensamiento crítico, ganas de trabajar en equipo y buena comunicación.Y sería un gran plus si tienes alguna de estas aptitudes técnicas:Conocimiento intermedio o avanzado de HTML, CSS y JavaScript.Experiencia contribuyendo activamente en Design Systems.Conocimientos de UX Writing o sensibilidad editorial.Experiencia en research y/o motivación de involucrarte en procesos de validación con usuarios.Curiosidad por la accesibilidad, el diseño inclusivo y las métricas de producto.¿Qué Ofrecemos?
