User Interface Design WerkstudentIn (m/w/d)

Als Interface Designer (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Designteam bei der
Gestaltung und Optimierung unserer digitalen Produkte. Dabei wirst du
die Möglichkeit haben, praxisnahe Erfahrungen zu sammeln und deine
Fähigkeiten in einem professionellen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung von Benutzeroberflächen für Web- und Mobile-Anwendungen
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Design-Systemen und wiederverwendbaren Komponenten in Figma
• Beteiligung an Design-Reviews und Optimierung von User Experience und Accessibility
• Kontinuierliches Lernen und Einbringen neuer Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Designprozesse
• Mitarbeit an der Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Features in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team
• Sicherstellung von Designqualität durch Prototyping, Nutzertests und konsistente Dokumentation
• Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Engineering und Stakeholdern zur Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Lösungen

Qualifikation

• Eingeschriebener Student in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Interaction Design, Kommunikationsdesign, Medieninformatik oder ähnliches)
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im UI/UX-Design, idealerweise anhand eigener Projekte oder Praktika
• Sicherer Umgang mit Design-Tools wie Figma, Sketch oder Adobe Creative Suite
• Gutes Gespür für Typografie, Farbe, Layout und moderne Designtrends
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ein gutes Verständnis von nutzerzentriertem Design, Interesse an neuen Trends und Best Practices im Interface Design
