Ob Paid Ads, Organic Social oder Product Reels: Deine Videos entscheiden mit, ob wir gescrollt oder gekauft werden.

So läuft die Zusammenarbeit

• Wir schicken dir regelmäßig MAKANI-Taschen nach Hause.
• Du bekommst ein klares Briefing (Art des Videos, Länge, Hook, Stimmung, Key Messages).
• Du produzierst eigenständig – bei dir zu Hause, an deinen Lieblingsorten, in deinem Tempo.
• Du lieferst fertigen Content innerhalb der abgestimmten Deadline.
• Kurzes Feedback, ggf. eine Anpassungsrunde – fertig.

Aufgaben

• UGC-Produktion: Du filmst, sprichst & schneidest Reels, TikToks und Ad-Creatives (15–30 Sek.) nach unseren Briefings – mit Smartphone oder Kamera.
• On-Camera-Performance: Du stehst selbst vor der Kamera – trägst die Taschen, sprichst Hooks, machst Reviews, Try-Ons & Lifestyle-Szenen.
• Szenografie: Du richtest deine Location selbst ein – Tisch, Licht, Outfit, Props. Dein Zuhause und dein Alltag sind dein Set.
• Visual Storytelling: Du interpretierst unsere Briefings mit deinem eigenen Gespür für Stimmung, Outfit & Szene.
• Schnitt & Finishing: Du lieferst fertige, schnittreife Videos – inkl. Musik, Text-Overlays & in den gewünschten Formaten (9:16, 1:1, 4:5).
• Varianten: Du setzt mehrere Versionen einer Idee um (Hook A/B, Outfit-Varianten, unterschiedliche Settings), damit wir testen können.
• Brand Look: Deine Videos entsprechen dem MAKANI Look – warm, editorial, feminin, hochwertig.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: Du produzierst schon Content – privat, für andere Brands oder auf deinem eigenen Kanal. Zeig uns, was du bisher gemacht hast.
• Tools: Sicher in CapCut, Premiere Pro oder Final Cut – egal welches Tool, Hauptsache du bist schnell.
• On-Camera-Präsenz: Du sprichst gern und selbstverständlich vor der Kamera – laut, frei, ohne Skript. Hooks, Produkt-Talks, Voice-Overs, Reviews: Für dich ist das kein Problem, sondern dein Element.
• Garderobe & Style: Dein Kleiderschrank ist voll mit Outfits, die zum MAKANI-Look passen – warm-beige, editorial, feminin, elegant, minimalistisch. Du ziehst dich ohnehin so an und kannst sofort losfilmen, ohne Styling-Briefing.
• Ästhetik-Verständnis: Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Bildkomposition, Licht, Styling & warme editorial Looks.
• Briefing-Kompetenz: Du setzt Vorgaben präzise um und entwickelst sie mit eigener Kreativität weiter – kein Zufallsprinzip, aber auch kein stures Abarbeiten.
• Tempo & Zuverlässigkeit: Du hältst Deadlines ein und lieferst, was du zusagst.
• Sprache: Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau.
• Nice to have: Eigene Reichweite auf TikTok/Instagram, Erfahrung mit Fashion- oder Beauty-UGC, eigenes Equipment (Ringlicht, Stativ, Mikrofon).
