Aufgaben

• Creator Sourcing
  Du spürst aktiv neue Creator auf und erkennst sofort, wer zur SHEKO-Welt passt. Du baust unseren Creator-Pool systematisch aus.
• Briefing & Steuerung
  Du übersetzt Performance-Ziele in klare, umsetzbare Briefings mit Hook, CTA und Kontext. Die Assets sind für Paid Ads auf Meta und TikTok – Du weißt, was das für Hook und Format bedeutet.
• Relationship Management
  Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Creator-Partnerschaften. Nah dran, verlässlich, auf Augenhöhe.
• Content Pipeline
  Du managst den Flow von Erstansprache bis Asset-Abnahme. Monatliches Ziel: 150–200 Assets in konstanter Qualität.
• Performance-Tracking
  Du behältst im Blick, was funktioniert und nutzt das direkt für bessere Briefings und Creator-Selektion beim nächsten Mal.

Qualifikation

Must-haves:

• 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Creator-, Influencer- oder Kommunikationsmanagement
• Du kommunizierst klar und strukturiert, auch wenn Du viele Gespräche gleichzeitig führst – und verlierst dabei kein Briefing, keine Deadline, keinen Creator-Status.
• Du verstehst intuitiv, was auf TikTok und Reels konvertiert, nicht weil Du es auswendig gelernt hast, sondern weil Du es siehst.
• Du verstehst den Unterschied zwischen Organic Content und Performance-Assets – und briefst entsprechend.
• Du denkst in Output und Wirkung. Aktivität ohne Conversion interessiert Dich nicht.

Nice-to-have:

• Du hast selbst schon mal Content erstellt oder weißt, wie es sich anfühlt, ein Briefing umzusetzen
• Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing oder einem Growth-Team
