About This Role

Specialized experience includes providing strategic advice, recommendations, and solutions to resolve highly complex, enterprise-wide challenges within a Travel and Expense Shared Services or similar program. This experience must include the following: Performs both strategic account management and customer service management functions in support of organizational priorities and stakeholder needs. Gathers and synthesize information from diverse sources including customers, stakeholders, and technical experts to analyze complex issues and develop integrated, customer-focused solutions. Applies project management methodologies and tools to monitor risks, issues, and progress, and to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and successful program outcomes. As a Travel and Relocation Services Program Coordinator, you will provide strategic advice, recommendations, solutions, and resolve highly complex issues for the Travel Shared Services business lines. The Office of Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL) provides governmentwide solutions for travel, transportation, fleet management and emergency management. Location will be determined upon selection. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
