Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. H-Band Specialized Experience may include but is not limited to experience: experience in evaluating, tracking, and reporting data; and preparing and reviewing reports and/or contractual documents. To qualify for this position at the FV-I level, candidates must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 level that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform in this position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. I-Band Specialized Experience may include but is not limited to experience: Coordinating technical and non-technical training programs; evaluating, tracking and reporting employees' training and certification status on systems and services that support the National Airspace System (NAS); and compiling, tracking, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. The Training Coordinator coordinates technical and non-technical training programs for the Technical Operations organization. Provides support in the safe and efficient operation of the vast complex network of systems required for the world's largest air traffic control and navigation system. Incumbent reports to the Operations Support Manager with the Indianapolis Operations Support Staff (WCP41).
