Aufgaben

Als Trainee im Campaigning-Team planst und setzt du eigenverantwortlich von Social Advertising-Kampagnen für internationale B2B-Kunden. Gleichzeitig bringst du dein kreatives Talent in die Content Creation ein – ob im Studio oder direkt vor Ort. Deine Aufgaben umfassen u. a.:

Social Advertising

• Setup, Steuerung und Optimierung von Paid Social-Kampagnen (insb. auf Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Laufendes Kampagnenmonitoring: Performance-Kontrolle, A/B-Tests und kontinuierliche Optimierung
• Erstellung von Reportings und Auswertungen für Kund:innen (Kampagnenergebnisse, Learnings, Empfehlungen)
• Recherche zu Trends, Wettbewerb und neuen Ad-Formaten

Content Creation

• Erstellung von Social Media Content (Visuals, Captions, Stories, Reels)
• Vor-Ort-Coverage bei Messen, Events und Kundenveranstaltungen: Fotos, Videos, Live-Content
• Einfacher Schnitt und Aufbereitung von Videomaterial für Social Media
• Eigenständige Konzeption von Content-Formaten passend zur jeweiligen Kampagnenstrategie

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, (Online-)Medienmanagement oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
• Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media Marketing oder Paid Social – z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder eigene Projekte
• Grundkenntnisse in Ads-Managern (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) von Vorteil
• Affinität zu Content Creation und ein gutes Gespür für Bildsprache und Storytelling
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. Canva, optional Adobe Creative Suite oder vergleichbare)
• Analytisches Denken: Du kannst Zahlen lesen und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
• Teamfähigkeit und Lust, Neues zu lernen
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
