Aufgaben

Dein Einstieg im Projektmanagement: Werde Trainee bei ADCELL!

Du willst nicht nur zuschauen, sondern die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens aktiv mitgestalten? Als Trainee im Projektmanagement blickst Du über den Tellerrand hinaus, sammelst wertvolle Einblicke in verschiedene Fachbereiche und bringst Projekte erfolgreich über die Ziellinie. Dabei arbeitest Du auf Augenhöhe mit unserer Geschäftsführung. Bei uns bleibst Du nicht lange auf der Ersatzbank: Du übernimmst schnell Verantwortung für eigene Aufgabenbereiche und wirst zum festen Treiber im dynamischen ADCELL-Umfeld. Du denkst lösungsorientiert, brennst für Analysen und arbeitest effizient? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

• Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung und unsere Projektmanager tatkräftig im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
• Von der ersten Idee über die Planung bis zur finalen Umsetzung wirkst Du aktiv bei internen Projekten mit.
• Du wertest Projektziele sowie -ergebnisse aus und leitest daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
• Du erstellst fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und Berichten für das Management.
• Mit Deinem frischen Blick gestaltest Du bestehende Abläufe aktiv mit und machst sie noch effizienter.

Qualifikation

• Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (BWL, WiWi o.ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, mit denen Du theoretisches Wissen schon in die Tat umgesetzt hast.
• Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Mindset und eine echte Leidenschaft für Zahlen, Daten und logische Zusammenhänge.
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den gängigen MS-Office-Tools, allen voran Excel.
• Eine strukturiere, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit gesundem Drive, Eigeninitiative und Loyalität.
• Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen in Deutsch und bestenfalls auch auf Englisch.
