Aufgaben

• Auf- und Ausbau unseres Influencer- und Creator-Marketings
• Recherche, Ansprache, Auswahl & Betreuung geeigneter Influencer:innen und Multiplikator:innen
• Umsetzung von Influencer-Kampagnen (Paid), inkl. Erstansprache, Koordination, Vertrags- und Briefingprozess, Sample-Versand, Content-Abnahmen
• Erstellung von Texten (Pressetexte, Gewinnspieltexte, Advertorials)
• Erstellung von Medienmonitorings, regelmäßigen PR-Reports
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Medienanfragen sowie Abstimmung von Statements und Informationsmaterialien
• Organisation & Begleitung von Events & Content Produktionen
• Brainstormings und Ideenfindung für unsere Kunden

Qualifikation

• Einen Studien-Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Affinität zu Trends und Innovationen insbesondere aus den Bereichen Lifestyle, Food, Beverages und Living
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen sowie Gespür für aktuelle Trends und digitale Themen
• Erste Praxiserfahrungen im Umgang mit Influencern, Social-Media-Kampagnen (in Form von Praktika oder als Freelancer)
• Mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksstärke
• Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Organisationstalent
• Selbstständigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
• Leidenschaft, Motivation & Teamgeist
• Kontaktstärke, Kreativität und Flexibilität
• Fließende Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, da wir viele internationale Kunden haben
