Die Trigon Unternehmensgruppe ist ein etabliertes Berliner Immobilienunternehmen mit Fokus auf die Entwicklung, Verwaltung und Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien. Der Bestand umfasst rund 4.000 Wohn- und 300 Gewerbeeinheiten sowie Stellplätze.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Gebäuden und Außenanlagen
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bestands- und Baudaten
• Überwachung der Auftragsrealisierung, Budgetkontrolle und Abrechnung von Bau- und Instandhaltungsprojekten
• Kontrolle und Prüfung von Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen im Rahmen des Gebäudemanagements
• Sicherstellung der Verkehrssicherungspflichten für Gebäude und Anlagen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Statistiken, Berichten und Analysen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Immobilienkaufmann (w/m/d), Gebäudetechniker (w/m/d), Facility Manager (w/m/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (w/m/d) mit technischer Erfahrung, Handwerker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bau- und Wohnungswesen mit technischem, rechtlichem und betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis
• Erfahrung mit VOB, Vertragsrecht und Bauvertragswesen von Vorteil
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Führerschein von Vorteil
