Aufgaben

• Planung und Simulation von Intralogistik- und Robotiksystemen
• Analyse und Aufnahme von Kundenanforderungen
• Erstellung technischer Konzepte für FTS-, AMR- und Automatisierungslösungen
• Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Kundenpräsentationen
• Konfiguration und Einführung unserer Softwareplattform FleetEngine
• Begleitung von Kundenprojekten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme
• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Projektdokumente
• Unterstützung unseres Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams durch Kundenfeedback und Marktanforderungen
• Technischer Support für Kunden und Partner

Qualifikation

Must-Have

• Studium der Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Technischen Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Systeme und Prozesse
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Kundenkontakt
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
• Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Kundentermine

Nice-to-Have

• Erfahrung im Bereich Intralogistik, FTS, AMR oder Automatisierung
• Kenntnisse in Materialfluss- oder Simulationssoftware
• Grundverständnis von Softwareentwicklung oder Programmierung
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Englischkenntnisse für internationale Kundenprojekte
