Aufgaben

• Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte weltweit vertriebsfähig sind und bleiben – unter Berücksichtigung aller regulatorischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Dienstleister Qualisys
• Du erschaffst und betreust ein einheitliches Produktportfolio (weltweit/länderspezifisch) in enger Abstimmung und Koordination mit Vertrieb und Einkauf hinsichtlich Preisgestaltung, Gebindeauswahl, Zubehör und Verpackung
• Du führst Make-or-Buy-Analysen bzgl. Eigenabfüllung oder Fremdabfüllung durch
• Du verantwortest die Sicherheitschemie und pflegst und monitorst Zertifizierungen, Freigaben und Regulatorik, z. B. DVGW, sicherheitschemische Daten, REACH-Konformität, Verordnungen, etc.
• Du erstellst und pflegst produktrelevante Dokumentationen und Stammdaten im ERP-System, wie etwa technische Datenblätter, Sicherheitsdatenblätter, Artikelnummern, Produktbenennungen, etc.
• Du analysierst fortlaufend unser Portfolio anhand von Einkaufs-, Verkaufs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitskennzahlen (Verschrottungen) und setzt hieraus abgeleitete Änderungen um
• Du unterstützt die Anwendungstechnik und Vertrieb bei den sicherheitschemischen Produktqualifizierungen
• Du bist verantwortlich für die interne Umsetzung der Chemikalienverbotsverordnung und unterstützt das Lager bei der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorgeben zu Lagerung chemischer Gefahrstoffe – inkl. Schulungen der Lagermitarbeitenden im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen gemäß GefStoffV
• Du arbeitest eng mit externen Partnern, Lieferanten und Kunden zu sicherheitschemischen und regulatorischen Themen zusammen
• Du betreust Kundenanforderungen und Qualitätsprozesse, z. B. PPAP, VDA, Q-Prozesse, Einträge in Kundenportalen
• Du bist verantwortlich für Produktan- und -abkündigungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Kunden wie auch intern
• Du bist federführend beim Ausrollen der Produktlaunches, inkl. Produktvorstellungen und -schulungen im Vertrieb, Customer Service, Anwendungstechnik und Marketing
• Du gestaltest Produktdesigns (Gebinde, Etiketten, Verpackungen) gemeinsam mit Marketing und Logistik
• Du wirkst an Forschungsprojekten mit und koordinierst die Abstimmung zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Chemie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Polymerchemie
• Alternativ erste Berufserfahrung (1–2 Jahre) im technischen Produktmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
• Sachkundenachweis im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen (wünschenswert)
• Interesse an technischen Produkten, idealerweise im Bereich Klebstoffe oder Polymerchemie
• Kenntnisse in Sicherheitschemie, Regulatorik und Qualitätsanforderungen
• Strukturierte, analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen und MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
