Um unser Wachstum weiter auszubauen, suchen wir eine engagierte und technisch versierte Führungskraft, die unser Handwerkerteam leitet und unsere Projekte mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgabe

• Leitung und Koordination der Handwerker-Teams im Bereich Wärmepumpen

• Planung und Organisation von Mitarbeitereinsätzen

• Technische Unterstützung bei Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Wärmepumpenanlagen

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Lösung von Reklamationen

• Schulung und Einweisung neuer und bestehender Mitarbeiter

• Prüfung von Kundenprojekten und technische Vorbereitung vor Ort

• Baustellenorganisation

• Erstellung und Bereitstellung technischer Unterlagen

• Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern bei komplexen Schema- oder Sonderlösungen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich SHK, Heizung, Sanitär oder Elektrotechnik

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Wärmepumpentechnik

• Organisationstalent und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern

• Führerschein Klasse B
