Technical Project Manager (Heat Pumps & PV/BESS)

Tasks

• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung, technische Koordination und Monitoring von Projekten im Bereich Heat Pumps sowie PV/BESS-Systeme
• Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen inklusive Zeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcenmanagement
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, technischen Spezifikationen sowie Kosten- und Termincontrolling
• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Ausarbeitung technischer Energiekonzepte für Wärme-, Solar- und Speicherlösungen
• Steuerung und Überwachung der Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Wärmepumpen, Photovoltaikanlagen und Batteriespeichersystemen
• Analyse und Optimierung der energetischen Performance sowie des Eigenverbrauchs von Immobilienportfolios
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, externen Auftragnehmern, Installationspartnern und Energieversorgern

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Energie- oder Elektrotechnik (z. B. Heizungsplaner:in, Elektroplaner:in oder vergleichbar)
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Wärmepumpen, Heizungs- und Kühlsysteme sowie Grundverständnis von PV- und Batteriespeichersystemen
• Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, vorzugsweise für kommerzielle Liegenschaften oder Industrieanlagen
• Verständnis von Energiemanagement, Lastprofilen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
