Zudem bist du aktives Mitglied der Teamleitungsgruppe, in der du dazu beiträgst, die Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation über deine Abteilung hinaus zu stärken. Die Stelle ist ab sofort an unseren Standorten in Wörnitz oder Biebesheim zu besetzen.

Aufgaben

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• Du coachst und unterstützt dein Team und sorgst dabei für gute Kommunikation und Zufriedenheit
• Du führst Personalgesprächen (Beurteilungs- und Leistungsgespräche)
• Du betreibst eine effiziente und rücksichtsvolle Kapazitätsplanung
• Du arbeitest an Prozessoptimierungen in enger Absprache mit anderen Abteilungen
• Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen deiner Abteilung

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung gerne mit jeweils Weiterbildung des anderen Bereichs
• Du bringst erste Führungserfahrung mit
• Erfahrung im Customer Service
• Deutsch wie Englisch, fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Du hast bestenfalls Managementkurse absolviert
• Du zählst Führungsqualität, Problemanalyse und Teamgeist zu deinen Stärken
