Für den Aufbau eines neuen Accounting-Standorts in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Strukturen schafft, Verantwortung übernimmt und Lust hat, gemeinsam mit dem Leiter Rechnungswesen ein modernes Finanzteam mit aufzubauen.

Die Position entsteht im Rahmen einer strategischen Erweiterung mehrerer Standorte innerhalb eines etablierten Unternehmensumfelds aus Catering, Gastronomie und Dienstleistungen.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche Führung eines kleinen Accounting-Teams
• Verantwortung für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
• Steuerung und Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse
• Betreuung von Hauptbuch-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenthemen
• Mitwirkung bei Strukturierungs- und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter Rechnungswesen
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Strukturen und Abläufe

Qualifikation

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
• Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sowie in Abschlussthemen nach HGB
• Führungspotenzial sowie Freude daran, Themen aktiv voranzubringen
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
