Für ein etabliertes Industrieunternehmen im chemischen Raffinerieumfeld in Hamburg suchen wir einen Teamleiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d), der tägliche Instandhaltungsarbeiten plant, koordiniert und überwacht – nah an der Technik, nah am Team und nah am Betrieb.

Hier geht es nicht um reine Schreibtischverwaltung. Hier geht es um Elektrotechnik, Verlässlichkeit, Sicherheit und ein Team, das eine klare Führung braucht.

Aufgaben

In deiner neuen Rolle übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für die elektrotechnische Instandhaltung im laufenden Betrieb.

Du planst, steuerst und überwachst die täglichen Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Bereich Elektrotechnik und sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge technisch sauber, termingerecht und zuverlässig abgewickelt werden.

Außerdem gehören zu deinen Aufgaben:

• Planung, Koordination und Überwachung elektrotechnischer Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten und fachgerechten
• Ausführung von Aufträgen
• Abstimmung technischer Voraussetzungen und Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
• Planung und Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten, z. B. im Rahmen von Stillständen
• Steuerung und Einteilung deines Teams
• Verantwortung für Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen im industriellen Umfeld
• Mitarbeit an einer stabilen, sauberen und vorausschauenden Arbeitsvorbereitung

Qualifikation

Du musst nicht seit 20 Jahren Führungskraft sein. Wichtiger ist, dass du Elektrotechnik wirklich verstehst, Verantwortung übernehmen willst und im industriellen Umfeld klar und verbindlich auftreten kannst.

Wichtig ist uns:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Elektroniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar
• Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik
• Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung industrieller Anlagen
• Erfahrung in Planung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Koordination technischer Arbeiten
• Grundverständnis für Sicherheitsvorschriften, technische Normen und saubere Dokumentation
• Freude daran, ein Team fachlich zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln
• Strukturierte, verbindliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Bodenhaftung und ein klarer Blick für das, was im Betrieb wirklich zählt
