Aufgaben

• Fachliche und operative Führung des Beratungsteams im Bereich Energiemanagement
• Steuerung komplexer Consulting-Projekte zur Treibhausgasreduzierung und Effizienzsteigerung
• Strategische Beratung von Industriekunden zu technischen Förderprogrammen und Zuschüssen
• Überwachung von Kohlenstoffdioxid-Bilanzierungen und zukunftsorientierten Transformationskonzepten
• Nachhaltige Pflege, Beratung und strategischer Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms
• Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für die Projektierungsphasen und das Team-Budget
• Koordination der internen Ressourcen sowie Schnittstellenmanagement
• Reisetätigkeit in NRW bis Norddeutschland

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium im Bereich Energie / Umwelt
• Mehrjährige fundierte Praxis in der industriellen Energieberatung oder dem Klimaschutz
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Führung, Koordination oder dem Coaching von Projektteams
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich technischer Audits und betrieblicher Managementsysteme
• Registrierung als qualifizierter Energieeffizienz-Experte für die Wirtschaft ist erwünscht
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Die Vergütung spiegelt die strategische Verantwortung dieser Rolle wider. Vorgesehen ist ein fixes Jahresgehalt von 60.000 € bis 80.000 €. Der genaue Einstiegspunkt basiert auf Ihrer nachweisbaren Führungserfahrung (Anzahl der direkt geführten Mitarbeiter), Ihren Erfolgen bei der Optimierung von Abteilungsstrukturen sowie Ihrer Budgetverantwortung.
