Deine Mission:

Du identifizierst neue Projektchancen, gestaltest Kundenlösungen von Anfang an mit und bringst Dein Team und Codewerk auf das nächste Level.
Dabei hast Du nicht nur direkten Einfluss auf den Projekterfolg, sondern auch auf langfristige Partnerschaften und die Weiterentwicklung von Codewerk.

Dein Ziel ist es, in 3 Jahren mit Deinem 7- köpfigen Team einen Umsatz von 1,4 Mio. Euro zu verantworten.

Teamführung – Weiterentwicklung auf allen Ebenen ermöglichen

• Durch Deine Führung bringst Du das Projektteam fachlich und
  persönlich weiter und schaffst eine starke Einheit, die maßgeschneiderte
  Softwarelösungen entwickelt, die nicht nur funktionieren, sondern
  begeistern.

Qualifikation

• Du bist ein Macher: Eigeninitiative ist Dein zweiter Vorname und Du gehst Herausforderungen souverän an.
• Deine Motivation überträgst Du gerne auf andere und hast Lust, Deine Führungserfahrung auszubauen.
• Software-Entwicklung ist dein Spielfeld – Du kennst die Tools, die Prozesse und die richtigen Tricks.
• Dein Background: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Informationstechnik,
  Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Kommunikation ist Dein Ding: Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute
  Englischkenntnisse mit und kannst Dich auf deine verschiedenen Gegenüber
  einstellen.
• Für Dich steht die Entwicklung innovativer und effizienter Software-Lösungen im Fokus. Dazu nutzt Du gängigen KI-Tools wie beispielsweise GitHub Copilot.
