Aufgaben
- Freelancer-Steuerung: Du koordinierst 5–10 externe Agents – Einsatzplanung inkl. Wochenendabdeckung, Briefings, Qualitätsreviews, Feedback – so dass die Abdeckung stimmt und jede Antwort nach SHEKO klingt, nicht nach Template
- Gorgias & Automatisierung: Du baust und pflegst unsere Support-Infrastruktur eigenständig: Makros, Flows, KI-gestützte Automatisierungen
- Qualitätsmanagement: Du setzt den Standard – schnelle, menschliche, markentreue Antworten – und entwickelst das Team kontinuierlich weiter
- Muster erkennen: Du analysierst Ticketaufkommen, reduzierst unnötige Anfragen smart und gibst Insights strukturiert ans Marketing und Produkt weiter
- Hands-on: Du packst anfangs selbst mit an und kennst den Support dadurch von innen
Qualifikation
Deine Erfahrung:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Support, idealerweise D2C oder E-Commerce
- Du hast bereits externe oder dezentrale Teams gesteuert
- Sicherer Umgang mit Gorgias oder vergleichbaren Tools – Du baust Flows selbst, wartest nicht auf jemanden der es tut
- Shopify-Kenntnisse – Du weißt wie ein Shop tickt und kannst Bestellungen, Retouren und Kundendaten selbst nachvollziehen

- Du siehst im einzelnen Ticket das Muster dahinter
- Du weißt, dass eine schlechte Antwort mehr kostet als eine schnelle
- Verständnis für KI-gestützte Prozesse – oder echte Neugier darauf
